在万圣节前夕，美国蓝带汇点高中组织开展了2019-2020学年学生会竞选活动。Minhang Crosspoint student government election for 2019-2020 school year was held on Oct. 29.

本次竞选在所有师生的期盼及Eric老师的主持下正式开始，本次竞选职务经校领导与原学生会团队商议后开放以下竞选职位：学生会主席、副主席及秘书长。在大家的踊跃报名下包括林昕雨、薛卓玲、缪昕桐、吕博凯、丁宁、张志鸿、栾雅翔、秦添睿、马世豪、钱嘉梁，共10位同学参与本次竞选。The election officially started under the expectation of all teachers and students, and Mr. Eric chaired the selection. The positions were discussed by the school leaders and previous school government members which included the President, Vice President and Secretary General. Thanks to everyone's enthusiasm, 10 students including Stephanie Lin, Hermie Miao, Albert Micah Lyu, Katheryn Ding, Aarifie Xue, Jeffery Qian, James Zhang, Justin Luan, George Qin and Matthew Ma participated in the election.

2019-2020学年学生会竞选活动

竞选开始后，竞选同学们依次上台发表了对学生会的看法和理解，并展望自己在加入学生会后将能为学生群体做出的改变与贡献。竞选过程激情澎湃、热情高涨，选手们思路清晰、逻辑严密，场下不断响起阵阵欢呼与掌声。The students came to the stage in turn to express their views and understanding of the student government, and looked forward to their changes and contributions after joining the student government. During the election, all the candidates expressed their ideas clearly and logically.

所有竞选学生登台发言后，Eric老师感谢了各位参选者及所有同学，并且十分期待新成员带来的新气象。在收取完所有同学的投票后，最终的结果在当晚如期公布：秦添睿同学当选学生会主席、钱嘉梁同学当选副主席、林昕雨同学当选秘书长。In the end, Mr. Eric thanked all the candidates and all the students, and looked forward to the new atmosphere brought by the new members. After receiving the votes from all the students, the final results were announced that night: George Qin was elected asPresident, Jeffery Qian was elected as Vice President and Stephanie Lin was elected asSecretary General.

期待他们成为老师与学生之间沟通的桥梁，并且为我校学生活动及工作作出卓越贡献。They are expected to become a bridge between teachers and students and make outstanding contributions to our students' activities and life.
